Is nanosynth toast? Now CFO, follows CEO and walks

This was a company that under various names was frequently pumped in return for the usual brown envelopes by the Sith Lord Zak Mir and which embraced that kiss of death in the usual way. I did warn folks that as Strat Aero, Remote Monitored Systems and as nanosynth (NNN) it was a bag of shite but natch folks loved up Mir for his bent journalism and trolled me for my efforts so where now? Oddly, I actually want nanosynth to survive but that is because I am a conceited barstool.

The Versarien placing at 3p – another black hole needing plugging? The Brian Berney law suit?

Why do such a fund raise now folks ask? Because it can is the reason, thanks to thuggish share plugging involving bent journalism and forward selling, Versarien (VRS) has an extra £275,000 net cash. Versarien says it is going to be spent on growth opportunities and working capital but that is obviously a lie. Some may go on funding ongoing losses. It could go on giving Neill Ricketts a £197,000 payoff. Or….

Versarien raises a paltry £318,000 at 3p – why the rush?

You want to know why Berenberg quit as joint broker yesterday as Versarien (VRS) also fessed up that Neill Ricketts was still a director earning £16,500 a month despite “resigning as CEO” a week ago? It will be when it discovered that, enabled by the bent journalism of Ian Cowie at the Sunday Times pumping the shares, SP Angel was doing a smash and grab deeply discounted placing to raise a paltry £318,000.

Siri: Show me an interviewer who makes Justin the Clown seem like Jeremy Paxman – ref Scotgold & Katie Pilbeam

Companies like Scotgold (SGZ)) pay Proactive to record soft interviews and so anyone engaged in this process is part of a bent and corrupt bastard child of journalism. This is PR dressed up as reporting. I have seen some rotten Proactive blow-offs in my time but today’s effort from Katie Pilbeam on Scotgold is the worst ever. She makes Justin the Clown look lke Jeremy Paxman in his prime. Watch and cringe. It is so bad it is actually truly enjoyable, you really will laugh out loud.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the stink of corrupt journalism and Jeff Prestridge and the shocking scandal at R4E

Yes it is corrupt to claim that with 60 articles a year you are chasing Neil Woodford when you were for two decades his greatest cheerleader on Fleet Street. Jess Press-trip ignored ALL the warnings and kept on urging Mail on Sunday readers to average down on Woodford funds. He should hold his head in shame. He demands transparency over Woodford, I demand transparency from him so have 4 questions the loathsome reptile will not answer. I also look at bent PR led journalism at the Sunday Times ref BT (BT.) Then it is onto Reach4Entertainment (R4E) where the FCA and AIM Regulation should be all over the company, its CEO Marc Boyan and chairman Lord Grade.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast:this banking crisis looming will be secondary

If you missed it yesterday all the videos from the Shareprophets shares conference are now up for review and will stay there until Christmas. The content really is amazing and you can still get a ticket HERE Then, prompted by Gary Newman boasting about how he is the new Jamie Oliver, I discuss whether consumer behaviour really will change for good. Finally I look at secondary banks, bent journalism, Metro Bank (MTRO) and bid speculation.
